Acetylfentanyl (Acetyl Fentanyl, Desmethyl Fentanyl) is an opioid analgesic drug that is an analog of fentanyl. Acetylfentanyl is know to be between 5 and 40 times more potent than heroin, up to 80 times more potent than morphine, but 15 times less potent than fentanyl.
